Education and Workshops

Active Birth Skills Classes: $295 per couple

Breastfeeding Education 1:1 Workshop (60 mins): $225

Managing Pelvic Pain Workshop: $450

Payments can be made by credit card (VISA/Mastercard), EFTPOS, cash or cheque. Payment is required at the time of service.

Private Health Rebates are available on your extra's cover and can be claimed at the time of service using HICAPS. Contact your private health insurer for details on your cover.

If you have been referred by your GP under the Enhanced Primary Care Plan (EPC) through the medicare system, you will be eligible to up to 5 appointments at a subsidised rate. Your GP must determine if you are eligible for referral under this plan and provide a written referral prior to your appointment with us.

Appointment Types

Concession/Health Care Card/Student
Pelvic Health refers to conditions including:
  • Incontinence (Bladder and Bowel)
  • Prolapse Management
  • Bladder/Bowel Urgency and Frequency
  • Pelvic Pain - such as endometriosis, vaginismus, painful intercourse.
  • Coccydynia (Tail Bone Pain)
​​Lactation refers to conditions including:
  • Mastitis
  • Blocked Ducts
  • White Spot/Milk Blebs
  • Breast Pain
Pregnancy refers to conditions including:
  • Pelvic Girdle Pain/Pelvic Instability
  • Sacroiliac Joint Pain
  • Pubic Symphysis Pain
  • Back Pain
  • Coccyx pain
  • Pelvic Floor conditions or "Healthy pelvic floor check up"
  • Advice on Exercise in Pregnancy and prevention of Abdominal Muscle Separation 
If you are a full time student, health care card holder, or have a concession card, please advise your practitioner and you will be eligible for a discounted appointment fee to ensure Womankind Physiotherapy Services are available to you.

Cancellation Fee

We do our best to help clients find an appointment time at their earliest convenience. Please help us to offer appointments to clients that are waiting by giving us as much notice as possible for any reschedule's or cancellations.
For any reschedules or cancellations within 24hours of the appointment time, there is a 100% cancellation fee.
