Available as five online modules, our Active Baby Skills content can be watched at any pace, at a time that's convenient for you.
It's up to your individual circumstances when to purchase the modules, but watching the modules as a couple is very important. There is over 5 hours of video content. Set aside several nights to watch the video's together. You may wish to start your 3 months so that you still have access to the videos for a few weeks once your baby has arrived to revise any information.
