Kirsty consults at Womankind on Tuesday and Friday. She is a caring and compassionate therapist and brings a natural warmth to her treatment space.
She has over 20 years of experience and has worked in both public and private settings. Initially she specialised in the area of musculoskeletal conditions. She has always been passionate about the role of movement and exercise and its health benefits and pursued further qualifications in hydrotherapy and pilates.
Her interest in Womens health was sparked after having her own 3 children and it was after they were all at school that she went on to complete further qualification in this area.
Kirsty has always loved to be physically active and has been involved in many sports including netball, horse riding, snow-skiing, running, cycling and triathlon. She has completed a number of marathons, an Ironman triathlon, and a number of endurance cycling events. She enjoys helping women return to activity after child birth and across their lifespan.
Kirsty is mum to 3 teenage boys who keep her on her toes! She loves cycling the local hills and enjoying a post ride coffee afterwards.
