Kim has been interested in women’s health conditions for many years, even prior to commencing her physiotherapy degree. She was diagnosed with endometriosis at a young age, so is empathetic and understands the impacts a women’s health condition can have on physical, emotional and social wellbeing. She wants to help her clients to embrace a full, happy and unburdened life.
Kim has played netball for most of her life. She enjoys strength training at the gym and running around Lilydale Lake (she hopes to get back to this after recently having her second child). She married her high school sweetheart and is Mum to two young boys who she adores. Kim brings positivity and empathy to her work at Womankind.
- Pregnancy-related musculoskeletal complaints, including pelvic girdle pain, wrist pain and abdominal muscle separation.
- Coaching return to exercise and sport after pregnancy.
- Persistent pain conditions, including low back pain, pelvic pain, sexual pain, and other neurological disorders (e.g. fibromyalgia, nerve pain).
- Overactive bladder syndrome.
- Male pelvic health, including rehabilitation post prostatectomy.
