We have a beautiful group space at our Eltham clinic where we run pre and postnatal exercise programs and over 60's classes. We also host a range of other classes led by local instructors in other disciplines including Kangatraining, Yoga, and Meditation.

Pre and post natal clinical exercise Strengthen core, pelvic floor and stabilising muscles to support your back and pelvis during this time of immense change. Be guided by a physiotherapists with post graduate training in women's health on safe exercise during pregnancy and from 6 weeks postpartum. Participation in our clinical exercise classes requires a pre-assessment with one of our physio's. Babies and toddlers welcome.
Over 60's strength and balance Our class for women at least 60 years young, who are motivated to stay active and strong. Led by a women's health physiotherapist, this class will keep your heart rate lifted through a combination of low impact cardio, free weights and resistance equipment. Challenge your core and build on your balance with music to keep moving and smiling. Pre-assessment is required with one of our physiotherapists.
Womankind Clinical Exercise Class Pricing Participation in our clinical exercise programs must follow an Initial Assessment with one of our physio's. *Not necessary for online classes.
The clinical exercise programs are run on a school term basis.

Online classes $12/class *the online class is recorded and sent to all participants enrolled after every class. A great way to participate in safe exercise at home, or at a later time that's convenient for you.
