Special Interest Areas
Kit is a highly experienced Women’s Health Physiotherapist who is passionate about supporting women through every stage of life. Her early work in community physiotherapy fostered a long standing interest in pelvic floor health and holistic care, which continues to underpin her practice today.
Becoming a mother of two further deepened Kit’s understanding of the physical and emotional changes women experience through pregnancy, birth and beyond. During this time, she spent several years working in a specialist school environment, supporting her son with additional needs. This experience strengthened her appreciation of individualised care, clear communication and the importance of tailoring treatment to each woman’s unique life circumstances.
Now returning fully to women’s health physiotherapy, Kit is committed to helping women feel strong, confident and supported. With her broad clinical background, ongoing professional development and lived experience, she offers compassionate, personalised care with a focus on long term health and wellbeing.
