Katie earned her Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Notre Dame University and has built a wealth of experience working in both private practice and hospital environments over the last 14 years. She is currently furthering her knowledge by pursuing a Clinical Master’s degree in Continence and Pelvic Health Physiotherapy at Curtin University.
Katie’s passion lies in delivering exceptional care across women’s, men’s, and pelvic health. She is adept at addressing a variety of issues, including pelvic health challenges such as incontinence, pregnancy related conditions, postpartum recovery, pelvic pain, and pelvic organ prolapse.
Combining her passion for pelvic health physiotherapy and her extensive musculoskeletal experience Katie is skilled in developing personalised exercise rehabilitation plans and managing musculoskeletal injuries which occur alongside pregnancy and pelvic health conditions. She takes great satisfaction in helping all clients, particularly new mothers, regain confidence and safely return to activities they love.
When she’s not at work, Katie is a proud mum to two lively young children who keep her on her toes. She also enjoys staying active through running, swimming and the gym drawing on her personal experiences to support others in achieving their health and wellness goals.
